Finishing the basement

A year ago (February 2003) we bought a house in Provo. We bought it because we were able to use the Provo 80/20 plan on it (where provo give you a 20% loan that you don’t have to pay back and is interest free until you sell or move out of the house) and because it had an unfinished basement that we could finish and rent out. Well, we can’t legally rent it out, but we’re going to do it anyway. Stupid provo says we don’t have enough parking spaces to legally rent it.

Well…a couple of months ago we did the framing down there ourselves. This last week we had someone do the electrical work. It’s finally progressing…I’m glad about that.
