SEO Contest

Slashdot had an article a few days ago about an seo contest. Someone has picked 2 words that when searched on Google, it returns 0 results. The two words are “nigritude ultramarine”. They announced a contest which will go for 2 months and has two prizes: An ipod for whoever is number 1 in googles results after 1 month and a 17″ Sony flatpanel montor for whoever is number 1 on Google at the end of the 2 months.

It will be interestinig to see what kinds of pages come out of this contest and to see who is on top and who is close but not quite there. I think there’ll be a lot of good techniques that will be gleaned from this contest.
