		<description>I totally and completely agree 100% here.  I submitted for a job at Google recently (since I feel like I have been working for them for the past 5 years and they will not give me a cent in return) and I continually being shot down.  I showed them examples of all of my past work and they just took the work (SWOT analysis, strategy information, etc) and kept it all to themselves.  

I liked their products before, but now I have had a huge change of heart.

In fact, I was curious as to why the alogorithms now are not as good.  They are catering the models based on the IP address and individual person.  For instance, I go to the library and use google, I search under my IP or name and I will get different info then another person.

My vote is with askjeeves or something with some soul.  I am sure the privacy groups will have a field day about...gotta go...</description>
