Even the Nazis got a trial at Nurenberg ! But hey if you stepped on Almighty G's toes even if by accident, you are evil incarnate and must be permanently banished from doing any business, EVER with them again! Ridiculous and outrageous by any standards, and violates the TOS of any decent business practice. Weeks of promoting KE with lots of success, and then BAM! Google Kicked in the #@$#. I haven't been banned yet. Same explanation from them regarding Adsense pages.
