It sounds like there are some great people there that are definitely less expensive than US sources, however, for some of the simpler tasks the prices they list at the front of the page are much more expensive than some Indian Outsourcing Services that I've had success with. Looks like some great people for the trickier things, like programming, though.

I think Jonas that this is the single most useful post I have read in a long time! I have bought books and ebooks and memberships that were less usefull. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That is EXACTLY what I wanted to know!

Working in the Philippines for the past several months with Agents of Value, I can confirm from first hand experience the quality of workers here. They are all smart, very well educated, and speak great English. Compared with the experiences I have with outsourcing to India, I have a much more favorable impression of outsourcing to the Philippines.

I remember my very first experience with outsourcing several years ago. I gave a very basic web design project to a guy in India. Although he always said he understood the project, I kept having to ask him to redo it because he didn't follow my instructions and he would always go over the deadline we had set. After several redesigns, I just gave the project to some guy in the Philippines who surpassed my expectations, fished it right the first time, on time, and for only half the cost the guy in India was asking.

I may give outsourcing to India another try in the future if it makes sense, but for now I can get everything I could imagine needing done in the Philippines.
