Hi John,
I have a few questions regarding about using your outsourcing service.

First I want to hire a Filipino who can

1st. Study the nanoblogging system and build wordpress blogs using the thesis theme, create good header graphic design and logo and writes articles, creates videos and do social booking using social bot.

2nd, I need him/her to reply forum posts, at least reply 20 forum posts a day and provide tips and value to the forum community.

3rd, I need him/her to create and opt in page onto my blog and write a presell sales letter.

4th, I need him/her to write a 30 page ebook and 15 page free report and creates ebook covers and convert it to pdf format.

5th, I need him/her to write 10 conversational autoresponder emails to build relationship with my subscribers by giving tips and tricks.

6th, submit daily report to me the things he/she has done for me and I will review it.

And this option (Access to our Pre-Screened Employee list (we've found them, you hire them) (finders fee required)

Qns: How much is the finders fee? Is the salary included in the finders fee?

If you personally highly recommend me a Filipino who can do all the above stuff I have mentioned, how much does it cost?

In order to find a filipino employee with this skills and expertise to work for me, I need to have someone whom is highly recommended by you.

Pls reply me at aimtogetrich@gmail.com as soon as you can. Urgent.

This is outsourcing on steroids, and I like to have employees working their butt of for me - it's like finally I'm the CEO of the business. Yes, I agree with this 100%.

Hi John,

I understand your thinking abt outsourcing & will definitely look into it when I feel the time is right, which could be pretty soon. I have a question since you mentioned the guys in the Philipines like working for Americans. I'm an Asian living fairly close to the Philipines.

How do the Philipines guys look at working for non American bosses? If you know of someone in a similar situation, it would be good to hear from you. Thanks

Dear John,

I'd like to address the post made by Robcarl and I also have a couple of questions please.

"Dated" is relative, things are changing so fast it's easy for just about anything to become "dated". What's important is relevance. Is the information being offered relevant to you in some way? There is information everywhere written by people long gone that’s still relevant today.

From what I’m learning so far, outsourcing and the opportunities it presents has not even begun to hit its stride. Few people even know it exists, not to mention the lack of mainstream attention it has. When it does, I think it will be the death knell of the American office worker, who all things considered, should already be looking for alternatives that create personal enterprises they can ultimately outsource for themselves. But that’s another topic for another day. : )

That being said...

I have a couple of question for you John. I know you talk about paying less to your guys versus the cost of contracting with companies like e-lance, or brickwork; and I appreciate your thinking. I tend to think that way too, if they can do it, I’ll bet I can do it better and for less money. You’ve found a way to do something better and cheaper and you’re attempting to help others do the same. I respect that. The thing is Timothy Feriss makes a good point in his book “The Four Hour Workweek”, (Which I read after your recommendation, Thank you!), about the extra cost of dealing with company vs. working with an individual being worth it. He points out the pitfalls to having "one guy" you’re dependent upon. If you contract with a company, you're not completely dependent on just one person to get the job done should he “go down” or do a bad job. If (when) that happens where does that leave you? He’s sees the “one guy” approach as more of a headache then it’s worth.

You always talk about your team in such glowing terms which is wonderful, but I'd like to know about how you began; about your time line and how long it took you to build your dream team. I know achieving that doesn’t happen overnight which is why I’m interested to know about your personal experiences. Please focus on how it was when you first started, as I imagine many of your campaigns are at a completely different point currently, and perhaps don't require the work and attention they once did. I have seen you write about problems lasting for a short time, but what have your experiences been overall, and how did you solve the problems that occurred?

Also, what method did you use and what are you currently doing to decide on which topics/products you will create content, and/or what markets you’ll pursue? How does your approach differ now with the changes taking place on the web? There is a lot of conflicting information available, and coupled with how things are quickly changing it’s very hard to decide which method is best. What’s your perspective on this? It seems SEO is changing and somewhat dependent upon the whims of Google, as I’m sure you’re well aware! It feels like SEO, etc., is in a state of flux and I’m anxious to hear what you think.

I deeply appreciate your taking the time to read this. Any information you can share with me is most sincerely appreciated!

How’s your precious family, and how’s that golf game going? I saw you post on twitter about playing in the snow! I hope you did the same with the kids!!!!! : )

Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you!

Very Sincerely,
"P"

@Robcarl - the info about outsourcing won't be "dated" for a long time. Plus, I update it whenever I feel it's needed. (I just updated it a few days ago).

Right now, there isn't a gathering place for "successful outsourcers"

@David - this is a great observation.

I'll tell you a little about my business so you can understand a bit about how I work.

I don't know how many sites I have...maybe 50, maybe 100?

I have a site that makes me over $15,000/month that my team built.
I have a couple sites that make between $1000-$5000/month that my team built.
I have lots of sites that make between $100-$1000/month that my team built.
I have even more sites that make me between $1-$100/month that my team built.
Most of my sites that my team built don't make me anything! $0.

Some of those $0 sites are new...at some point they'll make me money.
Some of them I've given up on because the model failed. I lost money on those.

For me, I just know that the more sites I build, the better chance I have of finding winners.
I also know that some of them that I build are going to do really well. Every once in a while I'll get an awesome one.

My team (of 3-5...depending on how you look at it) builds and maintains all these sites.
Once a site is built and established, it requires less and less maintenance.

The thing about all this is that I DIDN'T DO THE WORK!
If it were up to me to do the work, none of these sites would have been built or marketed.
Because other people are doing it, it got done, and I make money because of it.

To me, that's the key to all this. For years I tried to do all the work myself. With that I think I had built 10 sites in a few years and only 1 of them was really successful.
With other people doing the work I've built hundreds of sites and lots of them are successful.

Frankly, I'm capable of doing better work than my GUYS do.
However, I DON'T DO THE WORK even though I'm capable. I don't know...it's just some problem I have. If it's up to me to do the work, it's just not going to get done.

For this reason I created my outsourcing system. So others can benefit from what I've done.

John,

I am interested in what you have to say but it seems this site and material may be getting dated. You haven't even responded to Dave's Q above during the past month. Is there anywhere I can tap into a group that has made such a system work?

thx, Robcarl

Hi John,

I was just curious. How many sites can your single team research, build, optimize, and maintain Monthly?

I guess the question is about break even or profitability of your team.

I mean, if you are paying each of your guys say $300.00/month and you have 5 people on your team you have a cost each month of 1500.00 per month. And if your sites are only making say $300.00 per month on each site. That means that you will have to have 5 sites at the $300.00 level to break even.

Or to put it a different way, you better have at least 5 sites making 300.00 every month to break even before you hire outsources unless you have money to burn/invest in the business.

Blessings in truth,

I was just curious. How many sites can your single team research, build, optimize, and maintain Monthly?

I guess the question is about break even or profitability of your team.

I mean, if you are paying each of your guys say $300.00/month and you have 5 people on your team you have a cost each month of 1500.00 per month. And if your sites are only making say $300.00 per month on each site. That means that you will have to have 5 sites at the $300.00 level to break even.

Or to put it a different way, you better have at least 5 sites making 300.00 every month to break even before you hire outsources unless you have money to burn/invest in the business.

Blessings in truth,
Dave
