A few of these tools have just made a huge difference to me. An of course getting Phillipine employees has rocked too. :-) I have just one recommendation. I LIVE on mind mapping software. I even use if for project management for employees. I used to use MindJet till I had every computer in a house burn so now I mostly use web apps. I tried MindMeister for 6 months. Then I went to Mindomo. And I have to say that Mindomo is actually better then MindMeister. Just my 2 cents worth. I use Mindomo to manage all of my employees too. :-) John you freaking rock.
