Great stuff, John. I'm looking at hiring my second one now 6 months later. The beach looks killer. I can't make it to this big meetup you have coming up but I'd love to see the place within the next 12 months!
Great stuff John. Thank you for all of the excellent tips.
Looking forward to the next 14 tips. I wouldn't mind a "download audio" link for each tip. Keep 'em coming.

My outsourcer almost quit because she felt she wasn't doing a good enough job for me..luckily I was able to convince her how happy I was with her output and saved….I wouldn't get anything done without her!
My friend has signed up to outsource force in which I missed out on the opportunity, luckily I found out about you. I definitely need to outsource but i'm a little scared to employ that first one I've identified where my weaknesses are but I don't know what is holding me back
