Cutting back my workload
I decided this morning that I’m working on too many things. I need to cut them back. So, I’m going to start finishing stuff and stop working on them any more.
I tried to do as much for the ebay thing this morning so that I don’t have to work on it anymore. Hopefully, not it will take care of itself with the help of other people adding keywords to it. That way I’m done with it.
This afternoon I hope to finish my byu work. I need to get that one off my plate.
My next project to finish is phpLDAPadmin. I need to get it ready for production and let it go.
After that It’s the Utah Real Estate Help thing. I need to get it to where it works and then turn it over to other people and let them run it all.
I just have too much on my plate. I have long term commitments to familylearn and clientskills right now. I like working on both of them, but my time has been so short on both of them because of all of the other projects I’ve worked on. We’ll see what happens over the next few weeks.

I'm John and I will teach you how to outsource your business to the Philippines. When you hire someone (full-time) to do the "grunt work" in your business (for $250/month), you can focus on the things that make you money!
I have a FREE 6-part mini-course: "The Essentials For Successful Outsourcing" that will get you over the learning curve.
