This is a great case study with George and Evan.
They’re doing local business marketing and building a whole host of wordpress plugins.

  2. 3:00 – tasks they’re outsourcing (social media)
  3. 3:40 – documenting tasks and teaching new people how to do them.
  4. 4:35 – starting with a blank slate
  5. 7:50 – asking your Filipino workers to teach you
